Theta Chi Fraternity fraternity  The Epsilon Eta Chapter of Theta Chi at Indiana University of Pennsylvania has a long tradition. Its values and its ideals spring from our fraternity motto, "Extend a Helping Hand." We are one of the largest fraternities on campus, for good reason, and are also one of the few who actually have a Chapter House. Feel free to stop by during rush at the beginning of each semester to find out who we are. Our house is located at 274 S. 7th St, across from Sheetz.  [Edit]
