Phi Kappa Psi fraternity  Phi Kappa Psi is one of the newest greek organizations at the University of Illinois at Chicago. We have gone from five to thirty-five men in one year and became an official chapter on February 21, 2003. We are excited for this upcoming semester. There are lots of things planned from community service to socials and speakers to walkouts to other chapters.
