High
school students are eligible to enroll in our regular undergraduate
summer session courses. In addition to full participation in the
courses of their choosing, high school students are offered special
residential life and college preparatory programming. Opportunities range from special
sessions on the college admission process, college application essay writing,
and career opportunities for students after college, to excursions to
local attractions, special movie nights, and weekends spent camping in
the mountains. We feel that taking real college classes with
other college students gives academically motivated high school students a
true experience of a liberal arts and sciences education. Students
also have the opportunity to experience Colorado College's one-course-at-a-time (Block
Plan) approach to learning in a small class environment. Students
receive college credit from Colorado College for their successfully completed
course work. The dean and assistant dean are available to
advise high school students on course selections. Want to know
more? Visit us on the Web for complete listings and
descriptions of our Summer courses! Program Cost: $2,150 per block (4 semester hours)
