Academically
advanced students earn 6 or 7 UD credits in a
program that eases their transition from high school to college.
Freshman-level courses, open only to Summer College participants and
taught by UD faculty members, allow students to experience college
with their peers. Class enrollment is limited, providing the
excitement and challenge of college-level study with an excellent teacher-student
ratio. Structured social activities include weekend day trips to
nearby metropolitan areas such as NYC, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.
Supervised dorm life helps students develop independence and time-management
skills in a supportive environment. Air-conditioned residence halls and
excellent recreational facilities! Program Cost: R:~$1950; NR:~$4350
