NEW ROCHELLE, NY, May 17, 2004 -– The Art Department in
the School of Arts & Sciences (SAS) at The College
of New Rochelle (CNR) will again offer an intense two
week summer art workshop for high school students (sophomores, juniors,
seniors and recent graduates). Designed for those who want
to develop a strong college admissions portfolio, the workshop will
teach students how to improve their studio art skills in
drawing, painting and sculpture; address issues related to studying art
and design in college; and prepare for a career in
visual arts. The course contains college level work and
