Foothill is a great place to start an undergraduate education or to just take some classes. It's a typical community/junior college: zero social life, very much a commuter campus, as many lazy students as really good ones. But the price is right and the campus is absolutely beautiful.There are many great classes and profs. But you may have to seek them out, which isn't necessarily a bad thing: it keeps most other students away from them. Honors program is good and send a lot of students (relatively) to Stanford and other elite/top level universities.
