The education you'll get from the U is good. Profs. are great actually, but if you are looking for any sort of college experience, look elsewhere. The city is dull and empty, students are pretentious and and very closed-minded. The skiing is great. However, as I found out after a year in SLC, skiing can't always take the place of friends and a social life, which this place has none of.

Final reaction: Stay out of the "Happy Valley" unless you can put on some fake smile and walk around pretending that you are something we all know you are not. ……either that or make all of your friends come out here and turn this place into the California that it should have been.
