Date: Nov 02 2002 Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time) Even though I graduated with honors from Illinois State I have no warm and nostalgic memories of the place. It was just a big public institution with no significant sense of tradition. The prevailing attitude among staff seemed to be somewhere between apathy and low level hostility. The irritating thing is that degree and grades didn't even open any doors worth entering when I got out. Ask yourself why such a tiny percentage (less than 10%) of the alumni ever contribute ANYTHING to this school after graduation before you matriculate.
