Grace is a school where you can be genuinely known, if you open yourself up. Faculty, staff, students, student leaders—there is a real emphasis on knowing YOU as a person. It is also a place where you can fall through the cracks and pretend to be someone you're not, if you choose to. People will meet you halfway at Grace. It is easy to find your niche, your place where you fit and are known; but people won't force you. It's the same with the challenge of classes, finding things to do it town, etc—if you make the effort, you find that you will be challenged and you will discover things about the town you love. If you sit back and wait for good times to come to you, the town is boring. If you look for things to do, it's really one-of-a-kind. If you wait for profs to make you work hard, you could slack off and still do okay. If you push YOURSELF, profs will provide tons of opportunities to excel.I loved Grace and I miss it. I would recommend it for people who will look for and take advantage of its qualities.
