Wow.  Within the first 3 days here I had already made so many friends, and I consider myself a fairly shy and reserved person.  The sense of community and belonging here pulls you in, and the pervasive desire to know God became such an overwhelming influence.  For once in my life, I finally understood what a Christian society would be like... not perfect, not in this world anyway, but so wonderful.  It brings me to tears sometimes... by the end of 2 weeks, I had made a friend who is the nearest and dearest to me.  I love her tons, and she supports me when I'm not doing so well.  And the guys on my wing are great too.  Nothing better than hanging with the good ol' boys.  :) Thats about it.  The only bad thing is that everyone is smart and everyone is attractive.  Not necessarily a bad thing, now that I think about it... heh
