Keep in mind that GMC is a military college. Those of us in the Corps of Cadets who live on campus understand that before we go there. We expect to have rough times, but we keep the goal in mind. For most of us, that is to become officers in the United States military. The barracks are in poor condition, but new barracks and other new facilities are scheduled to begin construction within the next four years. The Old Capitol Building of GA, where most of the classes are held, has been restored and looks brand new. The other buildings where classes are held have also been restored. The only buildings lacking restoration are the buildings where cadets reside. The faculty there is outstanding and offer more help than is necessary.
