Date: Dec 17 2002 Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time) The classes were far too general to prepare you to be competant in the field and 90% of the professors are too absorbed in their own work to care about the students. My degree prepared me for nothing and I obtained all my positions based on my previous work experience and knowledge.UW Milwaukee is a bottom ranked school trying to portray the image that it's on Madison's level. Don't be fooled. Research, quality of instruction, individuality, staff interaction are all poor.My advice? Raise your gpa, make sure to take two years of a foreign language and study intensly for the act or sat. If you have to go, only go for a year to gain a high gpa and transfer to Madison, Marquette, or out of state.Other advice? Too much to list here, but rest assured - getting into a good school for the right degree is monumental to your future career.
