I am in my last year at URI and overall, it has been a great experience for me. The positives are the size of the campus, the people I've met, being able to live near the ocean, and I can honestly say I've learned alot since I've been here. The biggest negative is the administration - it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to an advisor and I haven't seen the same one twice in 4 years! You are definitely on your own when it comes to scheduling and choosing the right courses. I've known some people that have made huge mistakes due to inaccessibility to an advisor.
