Major: English (This Major's Salary over time)
I am a graduating Senior at Purchase College, and a Literature major with a minor in History. I enjoyed Purchase very much. I feel that it is what you make of it. I originally intended to study art, and I feel like for artists, it is a good environment, especially one where you can feel free to experiment and be yourself. Also I feel like the campus is drab, and needs life and color. It is mostly brownish brick and it can be depressing if you let it depress you. But what you have to do here is make the most of your environment. The students are mostly approachable and friendly. And I feel like the faculty are the best. They make the work interesting, they are friendly and approachable and helpful and many are very intensely devoted to their subjects of study.
