Mt. Holyoke does not need to be so over-protective of its students - ironically the policies it puts in place to prevent having a social life on campus (M&Cs is NOT a social life!) drive people off campus to find one. How "safe" is that? The school seems to be trying to attract brilliant women who are terrified of life outside the ivory tower…guess what? there are a lot of brilliant women who also want to act like stupid college students on occassion…drunken parties with guys and all.
