I wouldn't reccommend GT for undergrads… it sounds like a nightmare, but for grad school in psychology the faculty are highly qualified and committed to giving you a quality education. Everywhere I go people comment on how well I know my area etc etc and it is because of the training (and yes, the pain :-) ) of GT.
