I feel that the education I received at Lawrence was and is second to none. I attended graduate school at an elite eastern university and felt every bit as well prepared as any Ivy League graduate there. The professors and and my fellow students at Lawrence challenged and stimulated me intellectually. I made friends with whom I still feel a bond, even after all these years. The books we read in Freshman Studies can still spark a conversation when we get together. If the town of Appleton becomes old, be sure to participate in one or more of the numerous off campus programs and see the country and the world.
