Consider a transfer to UBC, SFU, or a Washington State University. Here is a place where many backward, some downright stupid, ideas can thrive. That's the non-financial price you pay for a "Christian" liberal university. A few very biased professors can and will ruin your experience, even though many are teachers you will always remember. The bad ones get to sneak their biases in along with the religious ones. It's also ridiculously expensive compared to other local universities. This is amazing, because it has always seemed to us that they are so good at being slick and greasy when it comes to any aspect of business that the University does, such as their much-touted award-winning glossy publicity magazine. There are not enough men and there are TOO many women with eating disorders on campus. YOUR DEGREE WILL NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY by most people, because of trouble with the media the university had when their stand against homosexuals was publicized, not to mention because of their "liberal Christian" standpoint that doesn't really fit with either mainstream culture OR fundamental Christendom. The administration office is an absolute disaster. The simplest procedures, such as application, course changes, application to graduate, etc. become a circus of incompetence and endless runaround.
