Major: Psychology (This Major's Salary over time)
Failed to understand the impact of case management. Also, wished somebody had stressed just how poorly people in the mental health fields are paid. Really, really bad. Also, now that I live in southeast Florida, the lack of bilingualism has hurt, whether rightly or wrongly. On the other hand, the college did a great job for preparation in the field, in that you did cover the material well & the profs were very accessible. Perhaps the changes coming in the field were just not on their radar yet, for them as well as many others I think.
