I am still in my first year here at Pepperdine.  I would have to say overall it is a great place to be.  The natural environment keeps your spirits up everyday.  Yes there are many snooty students here...alot of rich daddy and mommy kids.  But there is also plenty of real, down-to-earth people here.  Although the night life is almost non-existant if you're looking for parties on campus, there is plenty of places to go fairly close, however, precaution needs to be taken, always be safe.  When talking about professors, most are very helpful and want to see you suceed, do well, and understand what they are teaching.  There are a select few who can be confusing, and unapproachable, but they are few and far between.  So far, my experience here has been bitter-sweet.  sometimes you may doubt why you are doing what you are doing.  I have questioned my goals and major already.  But I have also realized that is what college is for; to make you think long and hard about what you really want.  You will always find that you are here for a reason, whether you stick with what you originally wanted, or you change your major 4 times.  If you have a chance to come to Pepperdine, and you can afford it or you are like me and get a ton of grants (poor people can attend Pepp too), think about it, this place really is a great place to learn.
