if you are looking for a school to get a good start at smcc is the right place. as far as the classes go here there is about a 1-22 teach-student ratio. the negative about smcc is that there is never anything going on at night if you are rooming on campus. it is in south portland which is a good city, but unless you know a lot of people around the area you will not find many things to do .
