There's a large bureaucracy. Getting anything, not the normal routine, done can be a real pain in the ass. Some professors are good, others bad, it's a real crapshoot. The only people who really care if you succeed and are helpful as well are the Honors Office staff.

This year's freshman are better, but most people here couldn't get into Georgetown or another better school and are playing with mommy and daddy's money. Lots of fraternity and sorority types who all have to live in dorms or off campus (no greek row).
