I really like UVA. At first students seem to come off as a little arrogant, but if you get to know them, most are actually quite friendly. The professors and deans and most TAs are really helpful if you go talk to them. If you want to, you can probably find a party to go to every night of the week, but there are lots of other things to do on campus. Charlottesville has a lot of good places to eat, but not really too much else… UVA home football games are fantastic! Everyone should go. Oh, and if you're still in high school, I've found it's helpful to bring as many credits with you as you can. Even a couple APs can give you a good headstart.
