Heres the deal with Elmira College…Its a great school for someone who does not want to be "on their own". The Faculty is amazing, and so are the academic classes. However the problem with Elmira College lies in the administration…they run the college like a business and not an educational institution. Its all about money money money and if you dont have it i suggest not to go, you will not like it. The few select students who brown nose with the proper administration will get very far, in the college and probably their carreers and their classes. Elmira College is a game, so in short, do not go unless your willing to play. Good Luck!! Might I suggest an alternative Denison University in Granville, OHIO same school accept they care about the students!! Its small and quaint just what makes you think you want elmira…before you end up a senior and realize over 75% of the student body refers to it as HELLMIRA, and the manic depression breeding ground…
