FIU is a decent school. The quality of the education was good, though a masters degree at a top university becomes quite difficult at the beginning. If you are looking to score points from name recognition in your degree, go elsewhere. However, if you are planning on a career overseas people think they have heard of this school and it might help get your foot in the door.
