I went to this university and was very unhappy with the "Journalism" studies. There was only one "professor" who had no experience in newspaper aside from reading the sports section. He advised the newspaper but didn't show up to the class to teach it. It was instead taught by one of the students—not that the university would ever acknowledge that.In my last year there, I saw this professor threaten and harass these students. He used them to cover his own butt and hide the fact that he never did his job. I saw how he treated my friends and also know students who changed their majors simply to avoid this man. He was apathetic toward his job and harassed students who seemed to have more knowledge of the subject matter then he did. Students were afraid to give reviews of him because he would call them up or ask them of they had written the negative reviews of him. This man was a liability and lawsuit waiting to happen. I heard they finally fired him, it just was not soon enough in my case. The damage was already done. I learned nothing from my time there, other then being caught up in a soap opera of watching this man threaten and control and humiliate his students to the point of tears. Shame on the university for hiring him in the first place and for turning the other cheek when he abused his students!
