Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
I would highly recommend this program for a mid-career adult who is looking to further his/her education. The cohort format supports developing close interpersonal relationships and fosters an environment of collaboration and unity. The courses emphasize the importance of self-awareness and personal growth as the foundation of strong leadership. Ethical leadership is a guiding theme. This program is well worth the financial and time investment.
