Major: History/Histories (art history/etc.) (This Major's Salary over time)
I would have to offer a very mixed review of Trinity. Ideologically, it offers a distinct approach to scholarship and personal faith, one that I appreciate very much. My main criticism would be of the student body in general. I am a person who is very involved in my disciplines, and it is tragic to me that people can get through classes with fairly good grades putting forth the effort that they do. My own educational experience has been fabulous; I have a double major and two minors, and I consider many of my professors in each discipline to be friends and confidants. For good and bad, you get what you put into here at Trinity. Why I worry about now, aproaching graduation, is my prospects for graduate school or employment; I see people who have no buisness being in a 4-year institution, due either to a lack in ability or desire/personal discipline, preparing to graduate with the same degree as me. I am at the top of my class, but by no means should this be the case. The students at this school would do well to access the phenomenal resources in their professors to develop their academic skills instead of worrying about a host of other meaningless squabbles, for the most part concerned with ethnicity.
