I've been reading some of these negavie comments about IU and they are very untrue. People just come on these boards to vent their anger. Anyways IU has something for everyone and somewhere for every type of person to fit in. You just haft to find your nitch. There is everything from hippies to the to the classic drunkin college student. There all here. The residential dorms all have very different personalities to choose from(The nothern, central, and southern neighborhoods) and their are LOTS of nationally ranked programs here. Not to mention the surrounding town is an awsome community. ALso the tuition is not that bad compared to other big 10 schools and espcially schools with IU's reputation. Out of state can be pricy though. All I can say is that if you don't like IU then you wont like any college.Only negatives about IU are bad football team, no engineering program, and they are cracking down to much on parties.
