Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
I didn't think my first year of college was going to be such a great experience. I was in a mess between the University of Washington and Western Washington University. I wanted to go to UW, but I knew WWU was better for me. I liked them about the same. But since WWU is known for their excellent education college, I decided to come here. With half my heart left at UW, I came here and now I love it. Everyone is so friendly, the professors are SO accessible (much more accessible than I thought!) and I enjoy all my classes. Even though I'm a city girl (from Tokyo, but attended an international school), I got used to the suburban Bellingham. It's nice, and especially now that it's spring…it is SO beautiful. I can't stand staying in my room. I just got back from studying 5 hours outside on a bench. I love it!
