Pepperdine has a lot of good and bad qualities. The good is that the school is very tiny (2500) and beautiful but that will only get you so far. There is absolutly nothing to do in Malibu and you can only go to the beach so often. The water is very cold and the beach isn't that great to be honest. The kids at Pepperdine are some of the snobiest you could imagine. Being from Miami Florida I thought I was well prepared for this but I wasn't. Many girls come to class with full makeup and high heels for a 8am class. PLEASE!! The religion and humanities class are some of the hardest you will find and you must take 3 of each. There's a lot of great intern opportunites but you have to find those yourself. The career center will hand you a book to look through but that's about all they will do. You are also required to go to convocation once a week or 14times a semester. this is a bit much. Don't let the ocean fool you on the campus tour. I honestly should have gone to the Miami Film School. Good LuckLisa
