Major: Political Science (This Major's Salary over time)
I can honestly say that I would rather be at Converse College than any other place in the world right now. I love my job teaching overseas and the experience is a direct result of the study abroad opportunity Converse gave me. I studied in the Arab world as part of a study abroad program, and now I am teaching English there as well as continuing to learn the language. I graduated with a double major in Music and Political Science. Converse gave me the opportunity to do both as well as playing intercollegiate athletics on the NCAA division II level.Converse provided me with the tools and instruction necessary to take this bold step into the culturally diverse world in which I now find myself. Without the intense international (especially Middle Eastern) politics and American Government/Foreign Policy classes I took, I cannot imagine being where I am today. Thank you Converse, and I hope to always reflect the best of Converse in all my future endeavors.
