Converse College was much more than I bargained for! The Honors and high level courses were outstanding. And I didn't imagine the professors and other students would be such incredible people.At first I doubted going to a small private single gender institution (for High School I attended a large public high school), but I found a great fit in Converse. The documented advantages for young women are unbelievable. And in church and co-curricular activities, I met interesting women and men.
