This is an amazing University for any students who are willing to work hard during the week to get their work done, and then still find time to have fun on the weekends. The coursework is a challenge, Bio majors watch out! The school does try to weed you out, but if you can do the 40+ hours of studying a week the rewards will be great! The faculty has been amazing, and almost always available. They work hard with any student who is seeking help, are always open for conversation, and at least in the pysch dept. are more than happy to give reccomendations. The town is a bit boring at first, but if you look hard enough there is always something to do. Greek life is huge, chances are more than one friend you make is going to be Greek. There are a few sororities and fraternities that arent too friendly, but for the most part most of them are very open to anyone. There is a lot of emphasis on being independent in your classes, a lot of intensive writing, but the school teaches students to think outside the norm. That is one of its greatest rewards.
