If you are looking at Brandeis and you are not Jewish (like myself) it is very difficult. I often felt looked down upon by some of the student body and always during religious holidays. While the academics are good, the campus and many of the students often seem down and depressed. The campus always seems so gloomy and the students always anxious and apathetic. I recommend this school to anyone who wants a good education, but beware of social/religious conflicts and a weak student/social experience
