D&E was a great school—if you were willing to take advantage of what is there for you. The small student body affords great opportunities to experience a wide-array of leadership roles if you are willing to get up and do something.

For example, I was a theatre major who acted in several mainstage plays (directed by a guest broadway director), president of my fraternity & the inter-fraternity counsel, assistant editor of the weekly student newspaper, president of the college English club (as a freshman), a disc jockey for the campus radio station and involved in student government.

There are very few larger schools where one is able to not only participate, but to excel in so many activities outside of their field of study.
