16 years out allows some perspective.

The architecture building is physically at the center of campus but as an architecture student I remember the experience being more at the fringes of the RPI experience - much to our enjoyment.

RPI architecture provided a stong foundation for growth with little dogma or politics. Excellent teaching approach.

The school is less known in the field but when they have heard of it they respect it.

Given the chioce again - I would do it again (but take more road trips to Williams, Smith, etc)
