Major: Biology (This Major's Salary over time)
My experience here at Muhlenberg has been amazing. My mom went to this school and actually hated it and begged me not to go. It was actualy my second choice but Berg's presentation of themselves impressed me more than Cornell. I also got the impression they would be able to offer me more that Cornell ever could. So here I am and I was right. Most of the students are great, of course there are select groups of stuck up people, who think they are superior to all. Youll find it on every campus, and they always cluster together. Rarely are people unfriendly and snippy, unless a huge exam is coming up. The profs are amazing in all subjects. The sciences here are one of the biggest, if not the biggest major on campus. There is some crazy stat about how 95-97% of all pre med students get accepted to med school immediately. Our sports programs have improved alot. Almost all of out teams have winning seasons and make it to the conference finals. The food is definitely not the average college food. How many schools get cider roasted pork? We are spoiled wit the food we get at the Berg, how ever we do pay 35,000 a year to go here, cable incuded. The new Life Sports Center Facility is stunning. You will never find something like this on any other campus. The only complaints I have about Muhlenberg would be the lack of night life and culture. One concert a year is lame and the frats are pointless, so students make their own functions. Berg is studious school, people who come here know its not a party school and expect to work hard. However that doesnt mean we dont party. Its all about balance. The other complaint is there is no culture on campus. My HS was 80% black, Berg is .8% black. I have a problem with that. There is a lack of ethnicity on campus. I love this school and I cant imagine myself any where else but here.
