Major: Computer Science (This Major's Salary over time)
The school has nice small-school charm. Classes are small, and if you want to be able to get to know your profs, you have the opportunity here. History, Gov't are very popular majors here, but if you are a science/math guy here, you can choose your own destiny. You can choose whatever classes you like, and profs are accessible and easily approachable for undergrad research opportunities. What I loved here was the definite absence of cut-throat competition. At some high schools and colleges, the competition is stifling. Here, it is up to you, if you like to challenge your self, you can. And people will respect that. If you want to mix social or extracurricular activities with school work, you can do that too.
