Major: Political Science (This Major's Salary over time)
American University is a lot different than what one gets on a campus tour. I am in the political science program here and have been very satisfied so far with what I am getting out of it. Being in Washington gives American a leg up on any other school for anything government related, and I have made some great connections since I got here. Despite the "Dry Campus" label, American throws great parties. There is always somewhere to go, cleverly located off-campus. Frats here are pretty big with lots of theme parties. Teachers are all great… challenging and fun. Lots of great debate in class.
