I transfered to Oral Roberts after doiing my preliminary years at a community college in my home town. I came because i saw students who are dedicated to integrating their faith and their professional and academic goals and combining them to make a life fitting of a sacrifice to the Lord. I came for a college weekend and saw teachers with a passion to raise the next generation in the ways of the Lord. The hardest thing about ORU is that the bar is set so high as far as behavior and rules and regulations that many students faith that has not been tested undergoes a faliing out and those with less than tested professionalism fail to see past thier desires and simply fight the grain, finding themselves unhappy with the condition of thier education due to a set standard of morral obligations. Many people will leave wishing they had never came, but better because they had. ORU is more than a school, it is a testing ground for those who will accomplish great deeds in life, and a falling out for those to obsessed with desire to cease thier own potential.Great potential is only born into great works through great oppression
