This is mostly a negative comment, but it has some good things so is neutral.Moody can be broken down to 3 areas: 1) academics, 2) social life, and 3) ministries. I give my grades for the time I spent here. The good first:Academics: GRADE OF B- (B minus) Good overall, to students who haven't seen this stuff before it looks fabulous, but if you have you can easily see many important ministry areas are not touched on by MBISocial: My honest Grade: D or D- for Downright deplorable. While you have a lot of great city around you, don't expect to do anything much there other than eat. People put on fake Christian fronts here all the time, a large number never date anyone, and never socialize beyond class. Worse the school tries to segregate you from opposite sex so much it is NOT FUNNY.Ministries: You get exposed here to some ministries but that is about ALL you get…not the training to do them at all. Wake up MBI the job is NOT getting done and can be vastly improved. Grade: D.Summary : Academics B-, Social D-, and Minstry Experience: D. I'm willing to be a majority of students will agree with me on this if they give an honest assessment of the school, hopefully God-willing the place will improve, but I dont care as I'm well beyond my MBI days now—I wrote this though because I was a student once who had to deal with all this and do have concern.
