Indiana University overall is an excellent research institution that is unmatched by terms of quality and value. Many of the programs, including the program in which I majored- Political Science, are nationally ranked and very well respected. Most of the professors are experts in their respective fields and will bend over backwards to help you individually. Also, the resources at IU are also unparalleled.
