Collin County Community College, all campuses—Almost everyone is friendly, students and staff. Some of the courses are not difficult enough to prepare you for what lies ahead at 4-year colleges/universities, so choose professors who do not give away grades just because you came and turned in all work. That is not the way universities work. Also, the number of foreign students continues to increase, so be prepared to hear lots of languages besides English and Spanish. They seem to take up more and more class space and many seem to need lots of the free tutoring help. Overall, it is a good 2-year college and offers a variety of just 2-year degrees, if you are not going on to a university.
