Avoid Barely College unless you are an ultra-conservative, over-sheltered, prejudiced (of all races, lifestyles, socioeconomic status), unsocialized dork. Berry employs an unenlightened administrative staff who lets the Baptist Student Union dictate its principles and policies. Even the faculty thinks Berry is a joke… Whenever I am asked where I went to school I am embarassed to admit that it was Berry. There are (or were) some great faculty there, some really engaging classes and the campus is great if you love biking, hiking, etc. Overall though it is not worth the money. If you are progressive, in search of exposure to what the real world will be like and want any kind of prestige - Avoid Berry! Not to mention, Rome, GA is the armpit of the earth.
