The faculty really care about you, and helping you succeed. It seems like everything is focused on the student. And when there are only 75 in a graduating class, you are definately not a number. Faculty are on a first name basis, and have been known to play ultimate frisbee, have snowball fights, and generally socialize with the students. However, do not think about coming if you are not dedicated to working. Almost every night, you see students in the lounges, working until well past 2 or 3…on the other hand, it's not all work, either. Party atmosphere is much better than you would expect at a school this size; just don't expect to be partying every night—it's a weekend thing, if you plan to get any work done at all. Most students are on various committees, have many team and project meetings, and are in general so active with school social life that sleep can get hard to sneak in. However, most would agree that in the end, it is definately worth it…
