If your the lone wolf type, look elsewhere, this college practically forces you to rely on others for entertainment that doesn't invovle Tv or a book.

As some of the other comments above have mentioned…you have to make your own fun…this 100% true as there is virtually nothing to do in terms of town and activities. Unless you like sports…don't like sports? Too bad…

I found my experience here to be very bad socially, the problem with this school is that alot of people seem to be the small town environment type of folks who get some friends and stick with them 24/7…if you don't have a tight group of friends to hang out with here, you will be extremely lonely and bored…good luck finding your niche becuase with 2k students(not many activites either), your options are limited. No on campus Frat/sorority houses hurts the social life…as well as a pretty bad town(unless you like drinking, since it solely consist of bars). Not to mention the sheer amount of athletes here. I can honestly say 80% of the people I know are in sports or used to be in them regulary in High school, which is great if you do play sports and have sport related interest…if not…ugh…

Trying to find out when and where parties are is quite hard unless you know the right people…like the tight group of friends you hang out with 24/7…you won't make it here as a lone wolf unless you want to sit around watching tv and playing video games for your entire college experience…

Dorms are okay at best, they're older buildings. Hot water works sporadically in my dorm johnson hall.

The school work and classes were ridiculous easy, I came from a hard high school though…

The administration has plenty of red tape to go through.

and lastly, for any male freshmen, the women are how should I say it…below the norm…This is one of the ugliest places I've been to. For females…most of the males are well toned athletes…have fun!
