I love it here! Granted, I have nothing to compare it to, but I am having a great time and enjoying the professors, the people and my courses. The O.C has got to be the best place in the U.S. to have an institute of higher learning because there is so much to do when classes are done! It is expensive—but aren't all "decent" private universities? In my opinion you get what you pay for in education, facilities, and location. If the student is happy, they will perform better, or at least I am! Depression is something that does not seem to run on this campus. True, there are the usual frat parties with beer and pot, but if you're not into that there are also several clubs nearby that offer alcohol-free fun along with the wholesome theme parks route, coffee shops, athletic functions, theatre, etc. Something for everyone! I don't see how anyone can be sad here unless they try to be.
