Major: Interior Design (This Major's Salary over time)
I have been attending Harrington for two semesters. I moved to IL to go to this school under the pretense that it was one of the best ID schools in the country. I regret that decision. There is no open computer lab for general assignments that aren't CAD related, only 20 or so in the library to accomodate thousands of students. Yet we are charged a technology fee that is increasing in coming semesters. The "student lounge" has one booth, and a small handful of tables forcing the great majority of students off campus for studying and eating. There is no storage of any kind available to students. I had an instructor this semester who until the end of the semester had not passed NCIDQ, and still has not passed the entire test and does not have a masters degree. My English teacher, while she has the required education, can not speak English clearly. I am not complaining because I am a poor student blaming others. I am an honor roll student who feels extremely misled in her decision to attend this school. I get along with all my teachers and my complaints against them is not personal.
