The University of Phoenix is an excellent resource for obtaining a degree if you are in the workforce or if you have a family. It offers a continuous structure, allowing for family planned activities.

As for the education, overall it was good. There were some instructors that did not have a clue and were there for the paycheck, but not many. My class even had one arrogant instructor that was bigger than the world (but did not have a clue on how to educate), but after the entire class called the headfaculty and noted this, he was replaced by the next class. I must say the new instructor was the bomb, a very intelligent business man. In the end I learned a lot, and it very much pertained to my work environment.

As for the teams, that is the real downfall. I know they are teaching us to work together, but there are too many slackers. A budy of mine and I got stuck doing the work for three courses and there was no real support from the instructors or staff. Finally I told them to pound sand I formed a new group, (note the new group we formed was fantastic). If you can put together a good group and stick together it is great. The problem is that the slackers find another group and ride their tales!! Broke system.

Overall the experience was great, and I did get a good education and it did help me in my workplace.
